The Lake Shores civic league has been working very hard the past 3 yrs to raise the funds to replace our weather worn entrance signs.  We applied and have received a grant thru the city of Va beach cultural arts dept to help offset replacement costs, and to host a community appreciation event. This grant (along with donations from residents) will now allow us to move forward.

New signs have been designed, and manufactured. Poles have been sanded, primed, and repainted. There will be landscaping done to improve our curb appeal.

We invite you to attend our neighborhood appreciation event at Shelton Park Elementary on Sept 26th from 4-7pm. Come meet your neighbors, 1st responders, and the civic league that helps keep us a safe desirable neighborhood.
