What is Neighborhood Watch?  

Neighbors looking out for neighbors.  The Lake Shores Neighborhood Watch is registered with the National Neighborhood Watch, a division of The National Sheriff’s Association.

Report suspicious activity to the police department  at 385-5000 for non-emergencies and 911 for emergencies.

Lake Shores Neighborhood Watch is part of each Civic League meeting.  The Neighborhood Watch Coordinator updates neighbors on recent crime and police activity in the neighborhood.  This gives our neighbors a chance to discuss any recent events in person and face-to-face, one of the key parts of a successful Neighborhood Watch program advised by the VBPD and National Neighborhood Watch.  A good, organized Neighborhood Watch serves as the eyes and ears of the neighborhood and helps the police protect our community.  For more information on Neighborhood watch, contact Rick Shelor above, or click on the links below:
